We would like to welcome all prospective pupils and parents to visit our school at our annual Open Evening on Tuesday 5th July 2016. This is a fantastic early opportunity to visit our school, offering you the chance to walk around different areas of school, meet staff and pupils at work in their specialist areas and ask questions about the school. This evening is suitable for those families with children in Year 5, but also for those with younger children who are thinking ahead. Our doors are open between 5.30pm and 8.30pm with a welcome presentation from our Headteacher at 5.30pm, 6.30pm and 7.30pm. There will also be some opportunities to visit during the school day for tours. Details will be shared on our website soon. Alternatively, if you would prefer a personal tour at a more convenient time, please contact us on 01257 400990.

We are offering this opportunity in the Summer Term as we are about to embark on an exciting building and refurbishment process and access to our site may be slightly restricted in the Autumn Term. Check our website for updates on our building work over the next few months.

Over the summer break we are having some refurbishment and work done to the school ranging from replacing windows on the main building to new classrooms on the maths block.

Update for parents of Shevington High School pupils:

In order to prepare properly school will close on the Tuesday 5th July 2016. All buses will arrive early to transport pupil’s home at 12.25pm.

Pupils have worked extremely hard this year and Y11 are now in the middle of their GCSE exams. We look forward to celebrating their success in August.
