A new online payment system for school purchases – coming soon!

We are in the process of changing the online payment system provider from WisePay to SCOPAY which is managed by Tucasi.

The reason for this change is following feedback from parents and an improved management functionality for school. Whilst we are making the change, we would like to encourage all parents to pay online for all monetary transactions. Over the next 12 months we would like to reduce and limit the amount of cash being brought in for school meals. Cash handling costs the school a significant amount in terms of banking, maintenance of machines and staffing which could instead be spent on other resources for your child. Added to this is the improved safety and security that the online transactions provide. Therefore we would like to thank you for your support in this matter.

All parent/carer will be allocated an account for their child, which will be emailed/posted to you on Friday 14th February. This letter will contain a Link Code that you will need in order to register your account. All information on how to access your account and set it up will be included in the letter you will receive on the date above.



Wednesday 12th February – WisePay will close down from 3.00 pm. Please ensure you child has enough money on their lunch account to cover them until they return after half-term.

Friday 14th February – SCOPAY letter will be emailed/posted to you. This will be sent to the email address that we have on the SIMS database so if you know that this is not accurate, please notify school as soon as possible so that it can be amended.

Tuesday 18th February – Scopay will go live. Please do not credit your SCOPAY account until this date. Any credit balance on your child’s lunch account will be transferred to the new system as an opening balance. Any payments you may have already made for trips such as London and the America Ski Trip will be transferred over so this will match up to what you have already paid on Wisepay and show what is still outstanding. If you have any issues on this day, the Finance team will be available to take your call between 8.00 am and 12.00 pm.
