Student Covid Testing On Return to School September 2021
The Government has asked school to test all students for Covid using a Lateral Flow Device test when schools return in September 2021.
In order to have a test we need to have parental consent. Please provide consent as soon as possible completing this form this overrides any previous consent:

The schedule for testing is below:
| Tuesday 7th September | Year 7 & 8 – Test 1 |
| Wednesday 8th September | Year 11, 10 & 9 – Test 1 |
| Thursday 9th September | Year 7 & 8 – Test 2 |
| Friday 10th September | Year 11, 10 & 9 – Test 2 |
