The Government scheme for Free School Meals was launched before Easter, however we have had issues gaining access and issuing vouchers.  This week we have issued vouchers to eligible parents.

We have an email address for most families.  Those families should have received a voucher last week from noreply@edenred.  Further guidance on the vouchers and redeeming them is attached in the following guides.



Please ensure you check all mailbox folders for an email from or noreply@edenred  or search for edenred in your mailbox.  Several parents have reported the emails have been in junk folders.  If you haven’t received an email please email

Any technical queries should be sent to this includes if you have processed an order and it hasn’t been received.

If we do not have a valid email address please send it to including the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your child/childrens name (s)
  • Childs form
  • Childs DOB

Hard copies of vouchers have been posted this week only for those without and email address but it is better to have an email submitted as soon as possible for any future payments.
