To improve financial transparency, the School’s Financial Value Standard requires maintained schools to publish salary information on their website if an employee has a gross salary of £100,000 or above.

‘Gross salary’ for this purpose includes everything that would appear on an employee’s salary statement but not employer on-costs such as the employer’s pension contributions.

The list will be displayed in £10k bandings and aligns with School Teachers’ Pay & Conditions.
