Whether or not Christmas is part of your life, your mental health might be affected by it happening around you. It’s a time of year that often puts extra pressure on us and can affect our mental health in lots of different ways.

School  will be closed for the Christmas break but if you feel you need any support during this time there are people you can turn to and contact details are below.

This has been a long term for everyone, and you all deserve a well-earned break so enjoy, stay safe and we will see you all back on Wednesday 4th  January 2023.

Best wishes everyone!
